I designed and prototyped the integration of Hey into BILD web and app products, enhancing personalization and user engagement. Through continuous discovery interviews, we identified a strong user need for seamless interaction with AI-driven content.
This led to the development of an intuitive experience that allows users to interact with Hey naturally within the BILD products.
The integration enables users to receive tailored news updates, ask questions, and explore topics more efficiently, creating a more dynamic and engaging reading experience. Additionally, the design aligns with WCAG 2.2 standards, ensuring accessibility and adaptability for a diverse audience.
